I thoroughly enjoyed taking my driving lessons with Arthur and would recommend him to anyone looking to take driving lessons now or in the future. His main virtue is his patience with you when you first start- he knows you don't really know a lot and takes you through step by step, showing you everything you need to know. When you make mistakes (which are inevitable!), he doesn't panic, which keeps you calm as well and will go through the mistake with you to make sure you wont make it again. Once you have mastered the basics, he will try to give you as much freedom as possible and take you round all of the different test routes to make sure you're prepared for the big day.
More than anything though, he is a very pleasant, interesting and funny man, which is important when you're signing up to spend over 20 hours with someone you don't really know. I enjoyed spending time with Arthur, which helped settle any nerves about driving that I had.

I choose The Art of Driving after an excellent recommendation, which is why I am writing this for you!
Well I bet you are wondering why you should choose this driving school over the other larger ones? Well the answer simple. Firstly I felt that although the school is a small one it is a better choice, as you will be able to get a lot of lessons quicker which helps if you want to pass as soon as possible! Secondly, you may be afraid that you will make mistakes but Arthur (the instructor) puts you at ease and allows you to see that everyone makes mistakes and overcome your mental blocks which in turn will allow you to pass more quickly.
Finally as time goes on you will start to see Arthur as a friend as well as an instructor this allows you to drive at your best, because as we all know we do our best work with our friends but need some instruction on how to drive properly and I feel that Arthur finds the right balance between them both which again in turn allows to achieve your license to drive a lot faster.
So if you are looking to be taught the art of driving fast and in a friendly, relaxed and professional environment then “The Art of Driving” is the School for the YOU!!!
